Description
As the Senior Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for the Operations Support and Rearrangement department in the Grimbergen facility.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Supervision of the Operations Support analysts team, responsible for design and development of warehouse infrastructure and equipment, perform analyses and plan rearrangement activities to maintain location availability and conception standards
* Supervision of the safety-analyses of the racks infrastructure and organize pro-active repairs and replacement
* Supervision of the hourly rearrangement team responsible for the day-to-day rearrangement and infrastructure activities
* Coordination and co-operation with the Logistics EAME planning and engineering team

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
* Engineering degree or equivalent through experience
* Experience in supervision, team-building and project time management.
* Good knowledge of warehouse systems/processes
* Good knowledge of English, Dutch and French
* Good communication and analytical skills
* Good understanding of and strong interest in computer systems and user programming
* High degree of self-reliance
Desired Qualifications:
* Knowledge of MS-Access and Autocad
