Job Description:

• Apply sound judgment in managing stakeholders’ expectations using the “One Cisco” approach & collaborate with various business functions within Cisco such as (but not restricted to) Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Channels, Sales & Commercial Finance, Sales Operations, Global Tax & Customs, Collections and Global Operations.
• Provide Right Touch Operations support across Sales Forecasting, Pre-Sales (Quoting), Order management and order fulfillment support to key stakeholders (both internal and external).
• Adopt the best order management practices by evangelizing with team members within APCJ-CPE.
• Thorough understanding of the true meaning of “Customer” and ability to provide unparalleled customer service to increase Customer Satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain healthy working relationships with key stakeholders whom the incumbent shall support.
• Ability to Collaborate with peers across the world, navigate through organizational dynamics to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Liaise with Cisco executives in addressing escalations; candidate should have the ability to communicate with confidence to Senior Cisco execs.

Skills:

• B-School degree (Preferred) & Prior work experience.
• Good verbal/written communications skills (English).
• Ability to learn fast and function in a deadline-driven environment.
• Must be a team player with a customer centric attitude and be able to multitask when the situation demands (includes collaboration in different time zones).
• Good relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word and Excel (Advanced excel preferred).
• Order Management/ Supply Chain knowledge/experience would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of SFDC, Oracle suites, BI tools will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in a similar role with a OEM will be a plus.
