- To make phone calls to US Insurance companies for unpaid or underpaid claims.
- B2B phone Call.
- Analyze and process accounts.
- Document the outcome and analysis as per the requirement.
- Taking action based on the outcome/analysis as per instructions provided.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate with 0 to 18 Months of work experience.
- Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24×7 environment.
- Should have excellent communication skills in English.
