Job Description:
- Acquire knowledge on HSBC products and procedures.
- Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries Maintain highest standards of audit and compliance requirements.
- To acquire detailed understanding of the process design and to be able to exceed SLA standards.
- Acquire knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes.
Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Good keyboard skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
