Job Description:

  • Acquire knowledge on HSBC products and procedures.
  • Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries Maintain highest standards of audit and compliance requirements.
  • To acquire detailed understanding of the process design and to be able to exceed SLA standards.
  • Acquire knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes.

Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Good keyboard skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
  • Graduation/12th pass certificate.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • BPO experience can be added advantage.
