Job Description:

• Buying products and services based on business requirements and using NSN Indirect Procurement processes, contracts and purchasing tools.
• Assisting NSN businesses in finding the right supplier for their product/service needs by providing information about the supplier base, the products/services, prices, and NSN terms and conditions.
• Helping customers in compiling purchase requests that ensure the correct product/service and a smooth purchasing process.
• Finding answers to the customer/supplier enquires.
• Solving customers' problems and reclamations concerning products, services and deliveries.
• Providing local feedback of suppliers' performance and products/services
• Purchase Requisition Review.
• Purchase Order Processing and Follow up.
• Purchase Order Response handling and Follow up.
• Supplier Interfacing.
• Goods Receipt.
• Standard Reporting (performance evaluation and continuous improvement).

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of the products and services in own responsibility area.
• General understanding of Indirect Procerement procurement processes.
• Understanding of the whole Procure to pay P2P.
• Usage of purchasing tools and other computer programs.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Negotiation and contracting skills is an advantage.
• Customer service skills.
• Communication skills, team player.
