Job Description:

• Perform Delivery Health Check activities in a Business Unit.
• Establish processes in projects under the Business Unit.
• Define & establish metrics based management in Business Unit.
• Coordinate Customer Satisfaction Survey activities in the Business Unit.
• Lead improvement programs in projects.
• Coach projects on process implementation.
• Define & maintain Quality Management System.
• Contribute to achieving the defined functional goals.

Candidate Profile:

• Min 1-5 years' experience in Software Quality function.
• Should have implementation knowledge in CMMI/ISO 9001 /Six Sigma projects.
• Should have worked with global /distributed clients.
• Strong PDLC knowledge, including Agile methodologies.
• Should have hands- on implementation experience in metrics programs.
• Experience in MS office applications.
• Good communication & presentation skills
