Job Description :

• 2 years of Microsoft Exchange and AD experience in a large Enterprise environment 
• Third level customer service support experience as he need to provide Tier 2 3 Support for Help Desk personnel 
• Multi site environment experience 
• Install, support and configure software applications which run on Windows Servers 
• He need to provide L2 L3 support for Exchange Server 2010 2013 and Lync servers 2010 2013 infrastructure 
• Provide support on Active Directory integration with Exchange and Lync Servers. 
• Provide support on Active Directory integration with Exchange and Lync Servers and create automated solution 
• Install, support and configure software applications which run on Windows Servers with Hyper V 
• Provide support on Active Directory integration with Exchange & Lync Servers. 
• Good communicator problem solver and able to quickly analyze and resolve issues with the ability to adapt and execute quickly to meet our customers needs in a rapidly changing business environment

Qualification : B.E,B.Tech,M.E,M.Tech,MCA - 2013 | 2014 | 2015 Pass Outs

Experience : 2 - 6 Years

Eligibility Criteria :
1.BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/MS with minimum 3 years of relevant experience post Qualification IT- Experience.
2.Bsc Graduates with minimum 4+ years of relevant experience post qualification IT Experience.
3.Only Full Time courses would be considered.
4.Consistent academic records Class X onwards (Minimum 50%)
5.Candidate who have attended TCS interview in the last 6 months need not apply.
