Job Description:
- He/she will need to provide resolutions to customer’s queries via Wen Chat, Whitemail and Outbound calls.
- Will need to research (real-time) information on various tools to provide accurate information to the customer.
- Needs to maintain all pertinent data related to the customer interaction.
- Will be required to work on multiple transactions at a time.
- Will need to ensure utmost customer satisfaction to ensure the customer is provided accurate information within stipulated time and not keep the customer waiting for a resolution.
- Should be able to deliver according to the set productivity and quality standards and targets.
- Will be required to work on numerous applications and systems at a time.
- Will be required to make calls to customers as and when required.
