Specific Responsibility/ Activities

Knowledge on various search engines, ability to leverage on these search tools to gather product related information.
Understanding of specifications for products assigned.
Image and Video editing using editing tools.
Prioritise the work and complete within the TAT based on business requirements.
Accuracy in data capturing and rectification of errors in the existing data base.
Give floor support and help the team with daily activities.
Quality checks to be done for the team, in absence of QV/QAs.
To be able to handle escalations in a timely fashion for better customer experience.
Good knowledge and understanding of either Categories like; Computers, Mobiles, Consumer Electronics, Large Appliances, Books.
