• 1+ years of prior experience in Risk/ Fraud prevention in banking, payments, online fraud.
• solid analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Job Description: 

1. Account/ Transaction Risk Review : Review of accounts and transactions flagged by client's internal risk systems for fraud in accordance with review procedures.
2. Risk Email Support : Provide email support to users towards resolving risk related queries in accordance with the risk review procedures specified by client.
3. Risk chat Support: Provide real time chat support for internal clients towards resolving risk related queries in accordance with risk review procedures specified by client
4. Risk Outbound Phone verification calls: Perform outbound risk verification calls where appropriate as per the review procedures specified by client.
