As Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for MIS and Business reporting activities for Endurance's end customer businesses in India namely BigRock, Hostgator & Bluehost. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an established player in the consumer web industry. You will be part of the Application Development & Business Reporting team and will report into the Head of Application Development at BigRock.

Responsibilities :

• Generate MIS reports for internal stakeholders on a daily , weekly and monthly basis
• Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and spreadsheets 
• Analyze operations data and suggest process improvements
• Work closely with the application development team to automate reports and interfaces
• Manage incentive and affiliate payouts process for Sales and Digital marketing team
• Work with Finance team on P&L metrics and analysis

Requirement Specification:

• You are a graduate from a tier 1 or tier 2 university 
• You atleast 2 years of experience and have honed your skills across MIS and reporting 
• You have strong communication skills (spoken & written)
• You are highly numerate and can live and breathe excel
• You are highly entrepreneurial and driven
• You multi task exceptionally

INR 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A
